Email hello@skwrl.app. Please share enough detail for us to help — your account email, the device you’re using, what you were trying to do, and what happened. We aim to respond within a few business days.
Common topics
Reporting content or a user
Use Report on a profile or list, or block a user from their profile. For urgent concerns or an appeal, email hello@skwrl.app with the username or list and a description. Daniel reviews reports for the beta. Never include passwords or verification codes.
Account and access
Trouble signing in or accessing your account? Make sure you’re using the same sign-in method you joined with. For email accounts, use Forgot password in the app and check your spam folder for any verification or invite messages from SKWRL. If you still can’t get in, email us and we’ll help you recover access.
Waitlist and early access
The first SKWRL beta is distributed to a small invited TestFlight group, aged 18 and over. Joining the waitlist holds your spot — we’ll email you from hello@skwrl.app when it’s your turn. You can update or remove your waitlist entry any time by emailing us.
Saving places and building lists
SKWRL lets you save the places you love and organize them into lists. If a place isn’t showing up correctly, try searching again or adding a custom note. We’re continuously improving place data quality — if something looks wrong, let us know and we’ll take a look.
Privacy and data deletion
Delete your account in Profile → Settings → Delete account. For help or to remove a waitlist entry, email hello@skwrl.app with the subject “Data deletion request.” For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Reporting bugs and sharing feedback
Found a bug, hit a rough edge, or have an idea? Send feedback through TestFlight or email us. Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and — if it helps — your iPhone model and iOS version. Screenshots are welcome.
