Account and access
Trouble signing in or accessing your account? Make sure you’re using the email address you joined with, and check your spam folder for any verification or invite messages from SKWRL. If you still can’t get in, email us and we’ll help you recover access.
Waitlist and early access
SKWRL is currently invite-only while we’re in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist holds your spot — we’ll email you from hello@skwrl.app when it’s your turn. You can update or remove your waitlist entry any time by emailing us.
Saving places and building lists
SKWRL lets you save the places you love and organize them into lists. If a place isn’t showing up correctly, try searching again or adding a custom note. We’re continuously improving place data quality — if something looks wrong, let us know and we’ll take a look.
Privacy and data deletion
You can request deletion of your account, waitlist entry, or other personal information at any time. Email hello@skwrl.app with the subject “Data deletion request.” For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Reporting bugs and sharing feedback
Found a bug, hit a rough edge, or have an idea? We genuinely want to hear it. Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and — if it helps — your iPhone model and iOS version. Screenshots are welcome.
